MY STORY
I’ve been designing digital experiences since I was 16 — back when I was making websites after school, just to figure out how the internet worked. What started as pure curiosity turned into a lifelong passion for creating things that feel intuitive, purposeful, and human.
Before transitioning fully into UX design, I built a career at the intersection of marketing, psychology, and ecommerce — specializing in neuroscience-backed designs and systems. I wasn’t just crafting copy or visuals; I was decoding how users think, what builds trust, and what causes friction in the buying journey. That work led me to consult on design strategy and conversion optimization for major brands, including Mars Inc. owned brands, Taste of Nature, and even Toyota.
Those projects sharpened my ability to lead design with both the user’s mind and the business’s goals in focus. I’ve helped streamline decision-making across teams, rework shopping flows, and bring clarity to cluttered digital ecosystems — all while ensuring the end-user feels guided, not overwhelmed.
Now, as a UX designer, I apply that same neuroscience-rooted perspective to everything I build. From leading eCommerce redesigns to prototyping new navigation models, I think in flows, behaviors, and emotion — not just screens. Whether I’m running usability tests, mapping user journeys, or simplifying a checkout process, my goal is always the same: reduce friction, elevate clarity, and create digital experiences people actually enjoy using.
UX is the natural evolution of everything I’ve done. I’m a systems thinker who loves untangling complexity. I thrive on building things that feel inevitable in hindsight — designs that make people say, “Well of course that’s how it should work.”
