People don’t act on logic alone. Action happens when someone is inspired to move. Emotion is the real driver of behavior, far more powerful than most realize. Logic may justify a choice afterward, but emotion decides whether the choice is made at all.
The Gym Problem:
Consider a simple example: the gym.
Logically, the benefits are undeniable as exercise improves health, boosts energy, enhances attractiveness, and extends life expectancy. Yet millions of people skip it. Why? Because logic isn’t enough. Until the emotional spark is there for motivation and/or urgency, the decision to act rarely follows.
